Tyetus Hohstein, from Scottsdale, Neb., embarked aboard the multipurpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima, as he conducts dental work on a woman during a Continuing Promise 2010 medical community service project. The assigned medical and engineering staff embarked aboard Iwo Jima are working with partner nations to provide medical, dental, veterinary and engineering assistance in eight countries.
