Capt. Thomas Chassee, commanding officer of the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima, gives a tour of the ship's bridge to Dutch Ambassador to Suriname Aart Jacobi, center left, and Brazilian Ambassador to Suriname Luis Machado. The assigned medical and engineering staff embarked aboard Iwo Jima are working with partner nations to provide medical, dental, veterinary and engineering assistance in eight countries.
