Military personnel in digital camouflage uniforms are overseeing the unloading or handling of palletized cargo labeled 'COLOMBIA' and bearing 'Project Handclasp' seals from the United States Navy. The supplies appear to be humanitarian aid being delivered, with at least three uniformed soldiers visible directing or monitoring the operation. The cargo is wrapped in plastic and stacked on wooden pallets, being moved by what appears to be a forklift or military vehicle.

Nearly 7 tons of supplies were delivered to Mayapo by the Navy’s Project Handclasp, which transports goods donated to them at no cost to charities. The donations will be distributed throughout the Guajira region of Colombia. CP-17 is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet-conducted deployment to conduct civil-military operations including humanitarian assistance, training engagements, and medical, dental, and veterinary support in an effort to show U.S. support and commitment to Central and South America.
