    Master Chief Petty Officer Gerard Chiu, the command master chief for 1st Marine Division (Forward) kneels to pay respect to a fallen brother, Sgt. Ronald A. Rodriguez, at Firebase Fiddler’s Green, Aug. 30. Rodriguez was killed in action, Aug. 23. He was 26 years old. Rodriguez, who was on his third combat tour, arrived in Afghanistan earlier this month.
