A little Hurricane Hunter fan from Cozumel, Mexico, poses with 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron members Capt. Jordan Metzer, pilot, Capt. Jared Hamlin, pilot, Maj. More than 500 locals toured the WC-130J, which was on display as part of the CHAT. The outreach program, which began in the 1970's and is a joint effort between National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Hurricane Center and the 403rd Wing's 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron, promotes hurricane awareness and preparedness throughout the Caribbean region.
