Marines with Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment provide security during a mechanized raid after landing on Onslow Beach, North Carolina via amphibious assault vehicle Dec. 5, 2016 as part of Amphibious Ready Group Marine Expeditionary Unit Exercise. The simulated raid was conducted to better verse the infantry Marines in ship-to-shore movements from USS Carter Hall (LSD-50).
