South China Sea (Oct. 17, 2016) Cmdr. Manuel Hernandez, commanding officer aboard the guided missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111), and Cmdr. Tim Arbulu, executive officer aboard Spruance, monitor activity during a replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command USNS Matthew Perry (T-AKE 9) in the South China Sea, Oct. 17, 2016.
