Scott McGinnis, commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Houston (SSN 731), gives remarks at the Northampton-class heavy cruiser USS Houston (CL 81) Monument during Navy Week. Houston Navy Week officially kicked off Oct. 17 and will run until Oct. 23.
