SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 15, 2016) Seaman Michael Rios, attached to the guided-missile destroyer USS Decatur (DDG 73), watches as the guided missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) prepares for a replenishment-at-sea.
