    Mongolian emergency management personnel and U.S. Air Force pararescuemen pose for a group photo during a Disaster Management Leadership Seminar in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Sept. 21, 2016. The five-day seminar is a subject matter expert exchange between the U.S. and Mongolia.
