    Two Mongolian emergency management personnel listen to Alaska Air National Guard Tech Sgt. Aaron Parcha, a pararescueman assigned to the 212th Rescue Squadron, during a emergency casualty care demonstration led by U.S. military service members during a Disaster Management Leadership Seminar in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Sept. 20, 2016.
