    Mongolian National Emergency Management Agency personnel and Mongolian Law Enforcement University cadets, march in a parade while U.S. Military personnel salute during the opening ceremony of a five-day Disaster Management Leadership Seminar in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Sept. 18, 2016. The seminar is a subject matter expert exchange between the U.S. and Mongolia.
