    Mongolian emergency management personnel watch as U.S. Military service members demonstrate how to conduct emergency casualty care during a Disaster Management Leadership Seminar in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Sept. 20, 2016. The five-day seminar is a subject matter expert exchange between the U.S. and Mongolia. The Mongolia National Emergency Management Agency hosted the exchange, partnering with U.S. service members from Special Operations Command, Pacific.
