Bob Fiddes, Tabarre Issa camp manager, briefs members of the Capstone class on the resettlement camp, Tabarre Issa, and explains what projects are taking place during their visit May 19. The group arrived in Haiti as part of a two-week tour throughout Latin America. Capstone is a joint service military education six-week course at Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, for newly promoted brigadier generals and rear admirals, as well as civilian workers with the Department of Defense. The party continued their visit to Port-au-Prince with a Blackhawk tour followed by an escorted vehicle tour of downtown Port-au-Prince by MINUSTAH forces. The tour continued on to the Dominican Republic the following day.
