Members of a Capstone class are given a run down on JTF-Haiti operations during a brief visit to LSA Dragon on May 19. The party continued their visit to Port-au-Prince with a Blackhawk tour followed by an escorted vehicle tour of downtown Port-au-Prince by MINUSTAH forces. The group arrived in Haiti as part of a two week tour in Latin America. The two-week tour is part of a six-week course at Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington. Capstone is a joint service military education six week course for newly promoted brigadier generals and rear admirals, as well as civilian workers with the Department of Defense. Capstone continued its tour of Latin America with a visit to the Dominican Republic the following day.
