Crane Army Ammunition Activity hosted the 983rd Engineering Battalion for their annual training July 18-Aug. 14. Of the several construction projects the Soldiers worked on, two were focused on placing a cement pad. These cement pads will improve one of CAAA’s methods to store munitions. The completion of the construction missions benefit both Crane Army and the reservists as they are given the opportunity to hone specific skills, such as heavy equipment operating and project management.
