    Lt. Col. Scott Smith and Command Sgt. Maj. John Braziel, III, of Lynchburg, Va., uncase the colors at a formal transfer of authority ceremony at Contingency Operating Base Adder to symbolize the transfer of authority to Task Force Overlord in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
