160804-N-CV785-044 KUANTAN, Malaysia (Aug. 8, 2016) U.S. Navy Seabee Construction Electrician 3rd Class Derek Drummond (2nd from the left) and Malaysian Army personnel install prepare to install scaffolding for renovations at Tabika Kemas Felda Bukit Kindergarten, as part of Pacific Partnership 2016. U.S. Navy Seabees and Malaysian Army engineering and transport personnel renovated the kindergarten over the period of 2-13 August, installing walls, ceilings and beautifying the environment for the students. This is the first time Pacific Partnership has visited Malaysia. During the mission stop partner nations work side-by-side with local military and civilian organizations in a search and rescue exercise, civil engineering projects, community relation events and subject matter expert exchanges.
