Col. Blaine Holt, the director of the Transit Center of Manas, Kyrgyzstan, honors the patriots who died in the Great Patriotic War (World War II) during a Victory Day ceremony in Manas Village May 9, 2010. During the event, four living veterans from Manas were honored, and a memorial wall was unveiled with about 50 names etched in stone of village patriots who died during the war.
