A formal U.S. Navy military ceremony is taking place in what appears to be a ship's hangar bay decorated with international signal flags. A senior officer in white dress uniform is walking a red carpet while junior sailors in white uniforms render salutes on both sides. The setting and decorations suggest this is a change of command or commissioning ceremony.
