DILI, Timor Leste (May 26, 2016) - Steelworker 3rd Class Joshua Schmidt from Belmont, New York, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, uses pliers and tie wire to pre-fabricate reinforced steel cages for the Manleuana Primary School construction project of a three-classroom building. The 10-foot tall cage will provide additional strength to the columns, which will tie into the top of the walls and support the weight of the roof.
