DILI, Timor Leste (June 23, 2016) - Engineering forces from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, Amphibious Construction Battalion (ACB) 1, U.S. Marine Corps and Timor Leste join forces during Pacific Partnership 2016 to work side by side, improving construction skills and interoperability, as they lay paver blocks for the Aimutin Primary School courtyard. School compounds such as Aimutin Primary School serve as a shelter and aid location if a natural disaster were to strike the country.
