DILI, Timor Leste (June 9, 2016) - After the rise of the flag and ceremonial speeches, the staff at the Manleuana Primary School invited the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 Seabees and Timorese F-FDTL military engineers to join in their lunch and to learn about the Timorese culture.
