SOUTH CHINA SEA (May 12, 2016) Cmdr. Sean Grunwell is piped through the side boys during a change of command ceremony aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106). In the ceremony Grunwell was relieved by Cmdr. Raphael Castillejo. Providing a ready force supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific, Stockdale is operating as part of the John C.
