Military personnel in dark navy uniforms are performing what appears to be a medical or first aid procedure. A central figure wearing black nitrile gloves and safety glasses is focused on treating or examining another person's arm, which has a blue tourniquet or band applied. The setting appears to be an indoor military facility, possibly a ship or training environment.
