A replenishment-at-sea (RAS) operation is underway between two U.S. Navy vessels sailing in open blue water. A combat vessel (visible on the left, likely an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer) is receiving supplies or fuel from a larger auxiliary replenishment ship bearing hull number 'O67' on the right. Crew members in safety gear are stationed on the deck of the receiving vessel, managing lines and equipment.
