Brett Crozier, executive officer of the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), from Santa Rosa, California, stitches a pig foot during a tactical combat casualty care course as retired Army Master Sgt. Christopher Bush, the course instructor, guides him through the process. Sailors from various departments learned advanced life-saving skills and techniques throughout the three-day course. Ronald Reagan provides a combat-ready force, which protects and defends the collective maritime interests of the U.S. and its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
