U.S. special operations service members carry cots off an MH-53E Sea Dragon manned by crewmembers from Navy helicopter squadrons HM-14 and HM-15. The service members are part of a team that has been facilitating communication between the local government, MINUSTAH and nongovernmental organizations to bring humanitarian assistance to the area. Approximately 42,000 people migrated to the northwest region of Haiti after the devastating earthquake hit Port-au-Prince Jan. 12.
