Haitian citizens watch as an MH-53E Sea Dragon manned by crewmembers from Navy helicopter squadrons HM-14 and HM-15 departs after delivering dozens of cots. The cots were later delivered to various nongovernmental organizations by U.S. special operations service members who have been facilitating communication between the local government, MINUSTAH and NGOs to bring humanitarian assistance to the area. Approximately 42,000 people migrated to the northwest region of Haiti after the devastating earthquake hit Port-au-Prince Jan. 12.
