U.S. special operations service members carry cots that were later delivered to various nongovernmental organizations in Port-de-Paix, Haiti. The service members are part of a team that has been facilitating communication between the local government, MINUSTAH and NGOs to bring humanitarian assistance to the area. Approximately 42,000 people migrated to the northwest region after the devastating earthquake hit Port-au-Prince Jan. 12.
