Red River Dining Facility personnel from the 2nd Force Support Squadron worked to ensure Airmen were fed amid flash flood conditions at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., March 9, 2016. Flash flooding swept the ArkLaTex region, where some areas saw more than 25 inches of rain over a three-day period. With more than 40 impassable, local roads due to flooding, Barksdale manning was reduced to mission-essential personnel only. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Curt Beach)
