Several roads were closed due to flash flooding at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., March 9, 2016. Flash flooding swept the ArkLaTex region, where some areas saw more than 25 inches of rain over a three-day period. A state of emergency was declared in over 16 Louisiana parishes.
