The SrA Bryan Bell Fitness Center track and field are hit with heavy rain amid flash flood conditions at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., March 9, 2016. Flash flooding swept the ArkLaTex region, where some areas saw more than 25 inches of rain over a three-day period. A state of emergency was declared in over 16 Louisiana parishes. Hundreds of Bossier families were forced to abandon their homes as mandatory evacuations were ordered for nine neighborhoods.
