GREAT LAKES, Ill. (March 5, 2016) – Harding High School Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) cadets from St. Paul, Minnesota, salute Chief Cryptologic Technician (Technical) Roderic Phillips during an Unarmed Platoon Basic Drill contest at the 2016 Area 3 West Regional Academic, Athletic and Drill competition at Recruit Training Command (RTC) here, March 5. More than 500 cadets from 15 Navy Junior ROTC units in Illinois and Minnesota participated in the two-day event.
