GREAT LAKES, Ill. (March 5, 2016) – Senior Chief Aviation Maintenance Administrationman Courtney Kittrel inspects Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) Cadet Chief Alexis Palestina, 17, and a junior at East Aurora (Illinois) High School, during a personnel inspection at the 2016 Area 3 West Regional Academic, Athletic and Drill competition at Recruit Training Command (RTC) here, March 5. More than 500 cadets from 15 Navy Junior ROTC units in Illinois and Minnesota participated in the two-day event.
