GREAT LAKES, Ill. (March 4, 2016) – Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) Cadet Lt. Cmdr. Sydney Torres, 18, from Harold L. Richards High School in Oak Lawn, Illinois, hands off the baton to fellow Richards Cadet Seaman Quinn Mei, 14, in a 100-yard shuttle relay race during the athletic event of the 2016 Area 3 West Regional Academic, Athletic and Drill competition at Recruit Training Command (RTC) here, March 4.
