Iraqi policemen, Mensur Noori Sherqy and Sami Naji Anezy, stand in front of a truck used as a vehicle-born improvised explosive device that they prevented from detonating outside the Iraqi police Al Qaim District Headquarters, Dec. 12, 2009, in Husayba, Iraq.
