The Army Reserve Engagement Team-Japan coordinated with U.S. Army Japan's Aviation Battalion to transport nine JGSDF Reserve Candidates via a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter from the JGSDF 117th Training Battalion from Camp Takeyama, Japan, to U.S. Army Japan's headquarters in Camp Zama, Japan, as part of a bilateral air mission that introduced the JGSDF candidates to the mission, culture and capabilities of their U.S. Army allies.
