U.S. and coalition service members from across Iraq gathered to witness the transfer of authority from 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division to the 1st BCT, 10th Mountain Division, of Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve's Advise and Assist mission in Baghdad, Iraq, Sept. 17, 2015. The Warrior Brigade will serve as part of a multinational effort to defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
