Soldiers assigned to the Bulgarian Civil-Military Cooperation Team and the U.S. Army’s 173rd Airborne Brigade out of Vicenza, Italy and the 85th CA Brigade, out of Fort Hood, Texas, work to clear a new pathway to Mokren Elementary School as part of a community outreach event held in Mokren, Bulgaria, Sept. 7, 2015. Soldiers from the 173rd Airborne Brigade and 85th CA Brigade are currently deployed to Bulgaria as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, an ongoing, multinational partnership focused on combined-training and security cooperation between the U.S. and other NATO allies.
