Alfredo Mendoza, a paratrooper assigned to 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade out of Vicenza, Italy, uses a string trimmer to cut down weeds around the Mokren Elementary School as part of a community outreach event held in Mokren, Bulgaria, Sept. 7, 2015.
