Damien Brown, a paratrooper assigned to 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade out of Vicenza, Italy, mows the lawn around the Mokren Elementary School as part of a community outreach event held in Mokren, Bulgaria, Sept. 7, 2015. Brown, along with other paratroopers from the 173rd Airborne Brigade, is currently deployed to Bulgaria as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, an ongoing, multinational partnership focused on combined-training and security cooperation between the U.S. and other NATO allies.
