Joseph Gay, from the Alabama National Guard’s 666th Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company and currently assigned to Multinational Battle Group-East, takes aim for a rifle marksmanship test during a MNBG-E Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer of the Month competition Sept. 4, 2015, on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.
