Joseph Gay, from the Alabama National Guard’s 666th Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, race along the track on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, during the Sept. 4, 2015, physical fitness test for the Multinational Battle Group-East Soldier and NCO of the Month competition. Givens was selected as one of the competition’s winners, and names September’s MNBG-E NCO of the Month.
