Navy Chaplain Lt. Thomas Pham, a native of Houston, Texas, assigned to Marine Force Reserve, in New Orleans, La., addresses U.S military members during a ceremony in memory of the four Marines killed in Chattanooga, Tenn., in Puerto Castilla, Honduras. Chaplain Pham is deployed as part of the Adaptive Force Package in support of Southern Partnership Station-Joint High Speed Vessel 2015 (SPS-JHSV 15).
