Equipment Operator 2nd Class Allen Wilkins, a native of Dallas, Texas, assigned to Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 303 in San Diego, Calif., operates a grader to loosen up the dirt and gravel in order to repair a dirt road in Trujillo, Honduras. Wilkins is deployed as part of the Adaptive Force Package in support of Southern Partnership Station-Joint High Speed Vessel 2015 (SPS-JHSV 15). SPS-JHSV 15 is an annual series of U.S. Navy deployments, fostering a lasting relationship with the host nations by promoting and enhancing regional stability and security through the sharing of experiences.
