Army Reserve Spc. Jose Arias, a culinary specialist with the 387th Quartermaster Company (Mortuary Affairs), puts food on a field tray as it passes through the serving line for the awaiting Soldier. Arias, a native of Fontana, Calif., is part of the 387th Culinary Team competing in the 48th Annual Philip A. Connelly Awards Program for Excellence in Army Food Service at Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, Calif., on July 25, 2015. The 387th was the last Army Reserve unit out of 10 to be evaluated this year and, if selected, will move on to represent the 79th Sustainment Support Command at the Department of the Army level of the competition.
