U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Richard Rowe, Jr., director of the Iraq Transition and Assistance Mission, and the commander of the Iraqi border patrol, tour the Zurbatia Point of Entry facility following a ribbon cutting ceremony near the Iraq-Iran border, Sept. 26, 2009.
