The commander of the Iraqi border patrol does the honors during a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Zurbatia Point of Entry facility on the Iraq-Iran border, Sept. 26, 2009. The Wasit Provincial Reconstruction Team provided quality assurance and quality control in association with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the construction project.
