Rear Adm. Scott Hebner, commander, Carrier Strike Group Seven, lowers his head in prayer alongside Capt. K.J. Norton, the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan's, commanding officer, and Command Master Chief Mark Rudes during a "9/11" memorial service in the ship's hangar bay. The memorial service was a time of reflection for Sailors aboard to honor those who died during the terrorist attacks Sept. 11, 2001. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility. Operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
